Meet the partners at Rope Line Media

Who are we?

We’re a diverse set of award winning filmmakers who have traveled the world with Presidents, politicians, activists and philanthropists telling stories with video and photography. Our team has won an Emmy, Pollies, Reed Awards and our films have won at Sundance, Cannes Cinefondation and the Toronto International Film Festival, among many others.

We’ve been backstage with celebrities, smuggled into war zones, on the front lines of protests and on the rope line with presidential candidates. In 2015, we spent over a year documenting the presidential bid of Senator Sanders (Bernie 2016), creating the rapid response content that built a movement and propelled his remarkable journey to the Democratic National Convention. In 2020 we did it again with Vice President Kamala Harris (Kamala for the People).

Now, we’re ready to take those experiences and work with you to tell your story.

What do we do?

Our team specializes in documentaries, live action narrative ads, TV commercials, social media ads, branded content, animations, animated infographics, explainer videos, viral videos, event photography, studio photography, product photography and much more. Our team is also fluent in Spanish and we’ve made films in over 12 languages. If you need visual content to elevate your campaign or organization, contact us!

What exactly is the rope line?

The “rope line” is where the people meet presidential candidates after a rally or speech, and it’s where we met each other on the Bernie 2016 campaign.
